To many of the staff Jill has been quite an anomaly. All new employees start bright-eyed, eager and pleasant. That attitude, however, usually lasts mere minutes until the overwhelming cynicism and bitterness of the retail veterans sets in, turning newbies into emotionless drones cloaked in black. Jill, to our surprise, has managed to maintain her optimism and poise midst the oppressive and predominately male T&H environment. This "Hobbit-like" resiliency has left the shop completely baffled and asking the question, "How can anyone constantly be that %@*$! nice?!"
